A reporter for The Oklahoman recently sat down with Reba's parents to talk about the country superstar's childhood. Bryan Painter talked to Clark and Jackie McEntire at their home in the Sooner State and heard how, when as a third-grader Reba was asked to sing at the local High School's graduation, speaker Carl Albert predicted "this child will be as well or better known and famous as her daddy if she continues on.”
Continue on she did. Reba is now the female artist with the most CMA nominations to her name (a whopping 48!)
